~Kids’ Relax Classes for Children 9-13~
We teach children how to relax and to decrease typical worries, as well as specific beneficial behaviors such as stress management, worry-release, peaceful sleep, confidence, mindfulness, positive self-affirmation and reducing negative self-talk.
Adding large amounts of pure fun is the secret to reaching kids’ hearts and minds in our relaxation classes. Kids who participate in our relaxation classes take away numerous helpful life skills. Movement, relaxation and games are woven throughout the relaxation class materials and kids can’t wait to return each week!

Kids can learn positive relaxation and essential stress-management techniques.
